What a task
To put into words,
Feelings of a love so great,
That without,
My heart would surely break.


So here goes
Into the lions den
Go me and my pen.

A love that flies
Higher than a dove
A love wider
Than the eye can see

We walk together
Joined by our love
Our hearts beating 
Our eyes meeting

We know
That forever
We are together
We know

Love is our bond
Understanding, is knowing each other
Freedom, is growth
For we know, our time is precious
Under sun and moon, 
We are together.


I watched you,
Let you catch me,
U taught me to laugh,
Freed my heart, 
Fought off my demons.
U chased away the life, 
That was so cold.

Love gives me confidence
Unceasing affection strengthens me
Freedom and
Fun, can not be
Undone.

So you can see
That although I tried
Words do not
A true love make

Only you and I,
And I and you,
Not initials carved,
In a tree
Are all we need.
