He stood in that place
with a grin on his face
gave a thumbs up to his live-in wife
she climbed on the back
brought along a big sack
when he kicked the ole knuckster to life
Imagine the charade
him in a parade
with people that thought he was shit
but they went spent big dough
and woudn't ya know
it was him they were trying to fit
he waved from the fleet
as they rolled down the street
The cops they all wished him good luck
he blasted his ports
got looks of all sorts
when he cranked on the throat of his knuck
tomorrow they'd hate him
look down and berate him
for all that he is did and was
an it won't be fair
but he doesn't care
cause he's still gonna do what he does
Bout this time ever year
He turns out some cheer
jeans, leathers, sly grin and hog wild
He buys a new gift
cause it gives him a lift
to see Christmas in the eyes of a child
Seasonal sludge
